**Job Description**:
Are you passionate about **Fashion **and **Sportstyle**?

Do you have a crazy collection of sneakers and connection in the **sneaker’s community**?

Do you want to have a direct impact in our next collection and collaboration campaign?

We have a **PLM SportStyle Footwear W/M** position for you

Your main challenge:

- Build the Sportstyle product offering corresponding to consumer expectations and coordinate the cross-functionality of products by meeting the objectives of the Sportstyle consumer division.

**You will work in close collaboration with our creative and design Teams.**

**You will report directly to the Footwear Sportstyle Director.**

**Main Activities**:

- Identify trends and needs of markets, consumers and main account sneaker retailers.
- Carry out competitor studies, collect comments from sales channels, buyers, markets or communities to help develop major account sneaker lines.
- Design and help structure the offer and monitor the implementation of the sneaker’s offer.
- Carry out product briefs with the development, design and communication teams
- Design the tools and arguments
- Ensure the sale of the offer to key account managers and subsidiaries,
- Provide the offer to sales teams through communication tools and participate in the launch of new products
- Collaborator in cross-functional projects upstream (anticipation) and downstream (communication)
- Ensure the evaluation of sneaker projects and product line

**Specific Activities**:

- Analyze and propose relevant analyzes in terms of marketing watch.
- Disseminate and modify specific studies related to CRM, create a link with the Digital Marketing teams.
- Identify our future collaborations and following up the project until the collection's launch
