**Notre projet**:
Aniah transforme la conception analogique et mixte grâce à une approche unique d'analyse au niveau du transistor et de la puce entière. Notre solution, utilisable par tous les designers, permet de détecter 100% des erreurs électriques et ce en quelques minutes. Nous permettons ainsi aux designers de réduire le temps consacré à la partie la moins créative de leur travail : la mise en œuvre de circuits basés sur des règles pour se conformer à des dizaines de contraintes telles que la faible consommation d'énergie, l'ESD, la signalisation de la mise hors tension analogique, etc.

Aniah s'attend donc à révolutionner les méthodologies de conception analogique pour relever le défi de la complexité croissante. Comment ? En détectant les erreurs le plus possible en amont de la chaîne de conception pour améliorer la qualité, le temps de mise sur le marché et la productivité de nos clients.

**Notre startup**:
Aniah est une start-up située à Grenoble, au cœur des Alpes françaises, dans le pôle mondial des semi-conducteurs, ainsi qu’à Taïwan. Elle emploie notamment une vingtaine d’ingénieurs très talentueux qui vont de l'algorithmie à l'ingénierie électrique.

**Vos missions**:
Les activités principales à réaliser sont:

- Participer aux premières phases d’avant-vente ; notamment en réalisant des démonstrations techniques et didactiques, de la solution auprès de Designers ou CAD Managers
- Prendre en charge des projets d’évaluation de notre solution par les clients, garantissant à nos utilisateurs une parfaite montée en compétences et un support expert sur les problématiques qu’ils rencontrent.
- Être garant de l’intégration de notre outil dans les flows de conception de nos clients.
- Être la voix de nos utilisateurs pour porter leurs demandes spécifiques d’évolutions auprès de notre équipe de Développement Produit notamment en reformulant les besoins utilisateurs en exigences opérationnelles à implémenter dans l’outil.

Dans le cadre de votre parcours au sein de nos équipes, nous envisagerons ensemble 2 parcours d’évolution possible vers soit un rôle de management fonctionnel et hiérarchique de l’équipe, soit vers un rôle d’expert technique (techlead) et référent de notre solution OneCheck.

**Votre profil**:

- Formation initiale en ingénierie des semi-conducteurs ou de la microélectronique.
- Expérience solide dans le cycle de la conception d'ASIC analogiques
- Expérience avec des outils de schéma de circuits intégrés (Virtuoso)
- Expérience avec des simulateurs analogiques et/ou de signaux mixtes.
- Connaissance des scripts Shell et Unix (par exemple, Tcl, Python ou Perl).
- Une expérience des outils de vérification physique (Calibre PERC, DRC, LVS, et xRC/xACT) est un plus.
- Enthousiaste, motivé et désireux d'apprendre.
- Autonome et facilement adaptable
- Solides compétences en matière de relations humaines et de communication.
- Capacité de résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale (en anglais et en français).

Le poste est basé à Grenoble avec de télétravail ponctuel. Possibilité de full remote selon le profil.

Rémunération : 55 000,00€ à 80 000,00€ par an
