Finance Is Engineer

Doctolib Finance teams are looking for a Finance IS Engineer to take technical ownership over finance SaaS information systems._
- The challenge is to help our Finance teams supporting Doctolib hypergrowth by providing most valuable systems set-up and integration._
- Reporting to the Order to Cash Squad Lead, you will work with the IS Finance project team and external consultant expert, as well as in close collaboration with finance business teams._

**Main objectives of the position**:

- Build new capabilities (process modelization, system architecture, development, testing, deployment, maintenance & evolution)
- Evolve existing SaaS information systems and integration in collaboration with IS Finance project managers
- Ensure their maintenance in operational conditions
- Ensure respect of security policy and compliance constraints
- Act as an expert to build technical specification along with project managers
- Act as expert to answer technical questions bring by project managers on tooling
- Provide level 2 support for all Doctolib subsidiaries
- Be the technical point of contact for other IS engineers such as IT, HR, sales, data, product peers

- Design and implement standard (configuration, workflows) or specific (scripts, developments) solutions according to business needs
- Work closely within the IS finance team (project managers and support manager) on technical specification and other technical teams to estimate the delivery of a development and its proper deployment.
- Perform and document technical tests to optimize user acceptance testing
- Provide user support
- Anticipate system performance issues and suggest optimization solutions
- Secure releases
- Manage updates and coordinate cutover plans
- Help the project team to take the best technical solution
- Monitor integrations and data quality
- Dealing with technical incidents
- Maintain user roles/access

- You like to learn and train yourself on new tools/modules

- You have at least one successful experience in system administration and/or development.
- You have some knowledge of the main finance processes (or you want to learn more about them)
- You are a good analyst (SQL & Javascript skills) and a solution finder
- You are sensitive to the user experience with a constant concern for its improvement/simplification
- Experience in Zuora, Boomi, ERPs, is a plus
