We believe in building intimate customer relationships by providing the highest level of service and quality to our customers. *** **CLASSIFICATION**:6-months Internship **LOCATION**:Paris **GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES** - Ensure all project issues, opportunities, and inquiries are monitored and communicated internally/externally on a regular basis - Define product specifications and conduct cost analysis for each assigned customer project/program - Create and maintain development/production timelines specific to each assigned customer project/program - Communicate detailed information to suppliers, and other internal personnel to ensure successful development and transition of paper and têxtile retail packaging projects - Assist in departmental and special projects as directed by the manager. - Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by team lead, which could include, but are not limited to, the organization of samples, labeling and shipment of samples, and meeting coordination **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** - Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up - Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues - Ability to learn quickly and react efficiently when facing new problems - Manage various projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and the ability to multitask while prioritizing based on urgency - Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - University degree in Packaging Engineering or Business field, must have a "convention de stage" from the school or university. - Knowledge about packaging and/or production process is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills from country of hire and customer country. Advanced verbal and written English is required.
