Design and User Experience** - **Concept Development**: - Develop design concepts and prototypes to solve user problems. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions. - **User Research**: - Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts. - Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate on designs. - **Interface Design**: - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - **Visual Design**: - Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. - Use a variety of design software to develop and execute visual design projects. **2. Collaboration and Communication** - **Cross-functional Team Collaboration**: - Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions. - Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. - **Stakeholder Management**: - Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. - Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design revisions. - **Documentation**: - Maintain and enhance the design system documentation for use across the company. - Document design guidelines and ensure compliance across projects. **Your profile for this job**: - Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role. - Portfolio showcasing design projects. - Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. **Your mind set to share our adventure**: - You want to make an impact and move things forward collectively.
