We are looking for a **Laboratory Maintenance Technician**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Pau, France**

**Start Date: 15 October 2025**

**Contract Duration: + 6 months**

- CMMS
- English
- Maintenance Preventive
- Logistics
- Maintenance Corrective
- Inspection

The mission is divided into several areas of activity:

- Technical support/assistance/advice for laboratory activities on request
- Maintenance: Installing, checking, diagnosing and repairing defective parts or devices, maintaining the various machines and installations under his/her responsibility
- Maintenance management: Follow-up of outsourced interventions, organization of preventive campaigns, publication of KPIs, request for quotes and orders
- Material management: reconditioning, dismantling, scrapping, moving, saving and updating the database
- Consumables management: registration of existing and new items via a dedicated tool, request for quotes and orders
- Participation in the evolution of the IT tool dedicated to the management of the equipment fleet
- To improve production equipment to guarantee the quantity and quality of products, but also the longevity of the machines.
- Control of critical equipment in the regulatory or metrological sense.
- Local and external logistics with tracking of shipments in France and abroad

Objectives and deliverables
- Up-to-date and completed material database (BML) (registration and follow-up)
- Management and Records of Maintenance Requests in SharePoint Dedicated incl. Disposal
- Inventory Management of Equipment and Spare Consumables (BCL)
- Delivery note (BL) for refurbished equipment
- Technical assistance for purchases, quotes, pilots
- A tidy and operational maintenance workshop, with equipment available and in good condition to carry out equipment maintenance
- Regulatory Audit Assistance
- Logistics
