EMEA Automation Analyst EDI (f/m/d)

**Location** : France - Lyon**

Purpose is to drive the Automation strategy within the EMEA area (94 countries).

Socialize all efforts and support the digitalization and development of automation and the use of related technology.

Foster an automation first mindset in the entire Supply Chain.

Overlook and steer the automation of processes across EMEA and assess the use of new technologies.

Responsible for EDI in prior but opened to other Automation technologies.

The Performance Automation & Analytics team is a growing team, part of an international team based in different countries in Europe.

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Supply Chain Excellence collaboration & Mindset
- Support pursuing a modern Supply Chain vision to meet business and enhance the customer experience.
- Experiment and Seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches
- Champion the development of a culture of continuous improvement, a data centric mindset, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to accomplish business goals and strategy
- Guide colleagues to find suitable solutions
- Drive the implementation of the automation road map mainly for FR Customers Order To Cash (O2C) flows
- Create process flows and detailed process documentation to guide the development teams
- Lead regional automation projects and participate in global automation projects as System Expert
- Strive for embedding standards and ensure compliance with processes
- Partner with process owners for Customers O2C and peripherical flows to implement identified EDI process improvement opportunities
- And ensure implementation and adoption of improvement projects and share / evaluate outcomes
- Working in Co-partnership with FR business for Agro EDI Europe group and French customers
- Stay informed of industry trends to challenge the status quo, and lead and inspire your colleagues

**Your profile**:

- Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Informatics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business management / Supply Chain
- Understand complex business processes and can assess their automation potential
- EDI Knowledge
- Customer Focus, Strategic Mindset, and Drive Results
- Outstanding process understanding, good analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot
- Strong communication skills required, and good ability to influence
- Native or business fluent language skills in English and French
- Proactiveness
- Leadership / DSO principles
- Stress Resistance
