**Le poste en quelques mots**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un (e) PMO (Project Management Officer) avec une expérience approfondie dans le domaine. Vous serez responsable du pilotage et de la gestion des projets. Vous interviendrez sur la planification, le suivi des activités et la gestion des risques, tout en veillant à la bonne exécution du programme.

**Ce que vous allez faire si vous nous rejoignez**:

- Mise en place et amélioration des dispositifs de gestion et de pilotage du programme.
- Appui méthodologique et soutien opérationnel à la gestion de projet/programme.
- Suivi et mise à jour du planning programme et projets.
- Gestion des lettres de mission, du RACI, et de la comitologie.
- Suivi des actions, des charges, des risques, et des problèmes du programme.
- Animation des sessions de révision des risques et rédaction des supports pour les comités et réunions ad hoc.
- Coordination et suivi des plans d'action.
- Gestion du référentiel documentaire et consolidation des prévisions budgétaires.

**Votre profil**:

- PMO avec une expertise approfondie en gestion de programmes ou projets
- Maîtrise des méthodologies (Agile, Waterfall) et des outils (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)
- Capacité à analyser des données et à créer des tableaux de bord
- Expertise en gestion des risques
- Excellentes compétences en communication et animation de réunions
- Expérience en conduite du changement et accompagnement des équipes
