**Job Details**
Viridien is looking for a Supply Chain Performance & Sustainability Analyst Lead, driving & monitoring the continuous improvement of the Performance of our supply chain and development of a sustainable Supply chain. Attached to the Chief Sustainability Officer based in France, you will work functionally with our operational Supply Chain teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, propose to the Executive Committee and maintain a 3-year strategy focused on the performance of our supply chain and development of a sustainable supply chain.
- Consolidate, monitor, and assess global Supply Chain / Procurement statistics including ESG performance of our main suppliers.
- Monitor some transversals spend common to all our sites (ex: travel, facilities, communications, energy ) and recommend improvement areas for cost reductions and improved sustainability.
- Contribute to the elaboration of the Sustainability Report of CGG annual URD.
- Be a driving force in continuous improvement and Information System evolutions.
**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree management, finance, ESG or engineering with 3- 5 years of experience preferably with global and international exposure (B2B Service experience is appreciated).
**Key Skills & Experiences**
- Knowledge of systems related to Supply Chain,
- Ability to build relationships and influence at various levels in the organization (Operations/Supports/Corporate),
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis,
- Result oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence/convince,
- Fluency in English and French,
