Nous recherchons un **Assistant Formation (F/H)** en **contrat d’apprentissage**,** rentrée scolaire 2024**.

Au sein d’une entreprise de 500 personnes, en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe Formations Obligatoires et Techniques (4 personnes), vous êtes en charge de participer au suivi administratif des formations, de l’inscription jusqu’à la clôture du dossier, sous la responsabilité du Coordinateur de Formations.

**Vos missions**:

- Inscrire les collaborateurs en formation en tenant compte des contraintes organisationnelles et géographiques : inscription auprès de l’organisme, information du collaborateur, de son manager et du service planification
- Gérer l’administratif des dossiers de formation : mise à jour du tableau de suivi, gestion des conventions de formation, envoi des prérequis et des convocations
- Gérer les absences et annulations de formation
- Tracer la réalisation des formations : classement des certificats, enregistrement des certificats sur le logiciel de gestion
- Vérifier la complétude des dossiers
- Missions complémentaires en fonction des besoins du service et de l’activité (exemple : édition des certificats de
- formations internes, mise en forme de matériel pédagogique )

- Gestion des appels téléphoniques entrants et sortants
- Savoir synthétiser et rendre compte de son activité
- Bon niveau d’anglais souhaité
