**Job Description**:
As Lead Online Programmer your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Management and monitoring of the technical team while ensuring its cohesion and efficiency,
- Support the technical team in their daily tasks by ensuring deliveries on time, budget and quality expected,
- Monitor and make reliable the production architecture (performance, security, availability),
- Define and organize the evolution of tools and technical orientation taking into account the needs of other services,
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of development experience,
- You have significant management experience,
- You master the following technical aspects: PHP, knowledge of a development framework (Laravel, Symfonyect ) / HTML, CSS, Javascript / MySQL/ GIT
- You have a significant experience in administration of server architectures
- You are able to speak English in a professional environment.
