Ipsen is building its **new Global Data & AI division** — a central hub to unlock the power of data and artificial intelligence across the entire organization. Join us and lead the management and delivery of a diverse portfolio of Data & AI initiatives, driving business value and strategic impact across all domains.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the consolidated portfolio of Data & AI initiatives across business domains (R&D, Medical, Commercial, TechOps, Corporate), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Prioritize high-value initiatives, manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure maximum business value and strategic impact.
- Govern the integrated delivery pipeline for Data & AI initiatives, partnering with leadership and business stakeholders to maintain a cohesive, forward-looking roadmap.
- Drive strategic initiatives and programs that span multiple business domains, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and provide regular updates to senior leadership through steering committees and leadership forums.
- Support the implementation and evolution of the Data & AI operating model and organizational structure, ensuring efficient scaling to meet business needs.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of core Data & AI capabilities, assets, and Centers of Excellence, fostering innovation and sustainable business value.
- Lead and mentor a team of delivery leads and product managers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support the Global Head of Data & AI division in team management and organizational activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

**Your profile & expertise**:

- 10+ years of experience in Data & AI delivery, product management, or related fields, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of Data & AI initiatives, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience driving strategic initiatives and programs across multiple business domains.
- Strong expertise in portfolio management, risk management, and aligning initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
