**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to own the design of an exciting set of products. We’re open to Mi-level and Senior applicants.

Akeneo Product Designers serve a vital role in the company, from helping to design the vision of new features, to crafting and polishing every detail in the product.

We appreciate user-centric designers who are well organized, embrace cross-functional collaboration, and love sharing feedback.

Your missions
- Collaborate on a daily basis with product management and engineering to take products from concept to launch.
- Lead user research end-to-end (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.).
- Design sketches, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in collaboration with your squad & end-users.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.
- Solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team, and share feedback with them.
- Work with the team to improve ways of working, such as tools and processes.
- Ensure design consistency by contributing to our Design System Management (DSM) and any other design projects allowing to continuously raise the bar of user experience on our whole product suite.

**Qualifications**:

- Whatever your training, you have at least 3+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product design.
- Ideally, you have experience designing B2B products in a software company.
- You speak French and English - because 70% of our users don’t speak French
- You’re comfortable using Figma.
- You have a growth mindset, good emotional intelligence, and embrace cross-functional collaboration.
- You are already experienced in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.
