Research Engineer

**About Ever Dye**

Ever Dye is a deeptech company specializing in green chemistry, developing a new generation
of colorants applied at room temperature for the têxtile industry. Our technology drastically
reduces the energy consumption of dyeing processes while meeting the environmental and
performance standards required by leading brands.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, synthesize, and formulate colorants based on Ever Dye technology
- Adapt colorants to the specific conditions of various dyeing technologies (jet, overflow,

etc.)
- Perform dyeing tests on cotton, polyester, and other target fibers
- Evaluate color performance, fastness, and fiber/machine compatibility
- Optimize protocols for room-temperature dyeing
- Conduct scientific monitoring on colorant components, chemical functionalization, and

new analytical methods
- Collaborate closely with R&D, process, and têxtile teams and industrial partners

**Required Skills**:

- Master’s degree or PhD in color chemistry, physical chemistry, organic chemistry, or

formulation
- Knowledge of colorants from various sources (synthetic, natural, mineral)
- Strong understanding of chemical functionalization reactions applied to colorants
- Understanding of dye-fiber interactions (especially polyester)
- Experience with adapting formulations to industrial constraints
- Proficiency with analytical tools: UV-Vis, IR, mass spectrometry, colorimetry
- Scientific curiosity, experimental rigor
- Team spirit, autonomy, and practical mindset
- Ability to communicate with diverse technical stakeholders
- Professional English (spoken and written)
