Exclusive Networks Group are recruiting a Finance Process Owner to work within the IT Business Process Optimization Department. You will be responsible for managing the Finance and IT relationship, whilst building and communicating the roadmap on a global scale, engage with all levels of the organization.

You will be ensuring that the ecosystem is maintained and developed whilst managing the product pipeline. Responsibilities will include Application, BI, infrastructure, or any other systems that contributes to the efficiency of Finance operations.

**As the Finance Process Owner you will**:

- Collaborate with the local and global Finance teams to understand and anticipate their IT needs and translate into product requirements
- Construct the IT vision for the Finance team’s product with the main stakeholders
- Create a product pipeline
- Manage the finance backlog of initiative and prioritizing in collaboration with PMO, other product owners and leadership teams
- Monitor the successful completion of initiatives and project delivery with all IT stakeholders, including change, training, appropriate testing, and correct involvement of business stakeholders
- Liaise with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues
- Build and follow up project plans as needed
- Gather and monitor benefits of initiatives in pipeline with appropriate KPIs and organize regular reviews
- Liaise with change management to capture and document process changes
- Organise communication plan around finance initiatives
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
- There will be a need to travel to other Exclusive Network offices globally - 20-25% travel minimum

**The ideal Finance Process Owner will**:

- Product management experience
- Strong finance background with strong understanding of accounting, tax, consolidation, IFRS and impacts in systems
- Circa 10 years’ experience in a similar position
- Ability to develop strong internal relationships with excellent communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Be organized and structured with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels
- English fluency is a must, French or any other language a plus.
- This is a remote role however being located near Paris would be preferable

**Desirable**:

- Educated to degree level with relevant qualification
- Experience of NetSuite or a similar business system would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Cybersecurity and/or distribution industry appreciated
- Continuous improvement methodology qualification
- Project management qualification
