You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: **Core Tech Oriented priorities**: - Take ownership of critical or complex tasks that require deep technical expertise to resolve, often collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues - Provide a good balance between Tech Implementations and Stability and actively communicate with the Tech Director about solutions and potential upcoming issues - Help the team on Architectural decisions and Technical vision for scaling - Technical knowledge sharing and identifying skill gaps within the team for further Skill Development - Keep up-to-date with new Unity features, game development trends, and industry best practices.
