YOUR FUTURE TEAM

Your actual team is a small, dynamic, virtual People Attraction team spread out across EMEA (Sweden, Germany, France). The team includes 5 different roles, whereas 2 of them are working in this particular role today. We report to the HR Director EMEA, Sebastian Nilsson, who is based in Sweden. As of today, we are supporting 6 different business units on 3 continents and 20+ countries.

Your main focus will be to attract and recruit sales and marketing roles in two of our business units, one of them being Southern Europe (France, Spain & Italy).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

A project typically requires you to:

- Plan, set up, and ensure to follow through the recruitment process
- Guide, challenge, influence, and support our hiring managers
- Act as an trusted advisor to management in the decision making
- Ensure that aspects of the onboarding process are in place and followed through
- Regularly follow-up with hiring managers, regional directors and the HR Director

The organizational needs to deliver recruitment varies, and we have an ambition that it should never be more than 75% of your time, and we believe that People Attraction is more than only active recruitment or sourcing. Therefore, we work in close cooperation with other areas in HR to support our growth ambition within EMEA. Based on your competences and profile, you will be assigned to different HR projects in the long term to contribute to other HR areas. Through this, you will broaden your competence and increase your understanding of HR and our EMEA head region. We are open to listen to your ideas and visions, however the core of our function is to drive operational recruitment.

You will be based in our sales office in Paris (Bagneux). However, main parts of the work can be done virtually and therefore you will have some flexibility to work remotely.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a pro-active and goal-oriented professional with the ability to drive and challenge our recruitment acitivites. In order to be successful in this role, you have experience in running A-Z recruitment projects independently. We believe that you have a pure interest in other people and you love to explore and learn more about them.

We also believe that you have great interpersonal skills and an ability to lead internal and external stakeholders through your projects, work as a trusted advisor, and challenge their perspectives and approaches. You are a good communicator and presenter and gain respect and trust in the organization through your listening skills and long-term approach.

In short, we’d love to see that you have:

- 3-5 years of experience in driving recruitment independently, _preferably from an international environment._
- Excellent verbal and written skills in French and English
- Strong project management skills and ability to engage stakeholders
- Previous experience from recruiting sales people
- Excellent presentation skills, ability to engage and influence
- Familiarity with the virtual arena and an ability to use different technological tools like Workday, Broadbean, Linked In, Linked In Recruiter, Linked In Insights etc.

Bonus points for
- Additional language skills, _preferably Spanish, Italian, Arabic or German_
