Co Head Investment Specialists

Co-Head Investment Specialists combine high level of investment knowledge across various strategies and business development experience and track record. In partnership with Investment Teams & Client Group, lead, organise and manage business development efforts across all client segments and in line with the global product priorities. **Business development**: in tight cooperation with Client Group, the Fixed Income investment platform and the broader Global Product and Strategy department develops, contributes, and manages the business development plan: - Represent investment teams in all types of clients facing, marketing and communication initiatives. - Manage alignment with Client Group, Marketing and Product Development teams on shared priorities and agree on approach to monitor and evaluate joint progress. Help to develop an efficient set of marketing tools (presentations, trainings, investment institute co-publications, etc.) for all targeted client segments and all key promoted products. - Closely work with the sales teams globally to identify client needs and present accordingly existing strategies and/or what might be a solution to their guidelines (i.e., ESG implementation, fee level, benchmark needs, etc.). The focus is on scaling up the AUM within the profitability criteria of AXA IM. **Team management and leadership**: - Encourage each member of the team to have a positive and visible impact on business development and the Investment Specialist team's reputation. - Efficiently manage the team on a daily basis: objectives definition, performance management, resource allocation, team motivation and sustainable investment knowledge development. - Help to develop a positive team dynamic by supporting efficiency gains projects (automation, AI, etc.), continuous info and best practice sharing and mutual aid within the Investment Specialists team. Be an example for the less experienced members of the team. **Product development and innovation**: - Be a key contributor to innovation efforts by actively contribute and/or lead platform discussions. - Ensure that any innovation includes AXA IM sustainable investment approach. Leveraging on investment and client interaction insight, help to identify key gaps and opportunities within AXA IM Core product offer. **Votre Profil** **Education/Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree or higher required. - Any other qualifications related to the Asset Management industry would be a plus. **Experience** - Significant experience in the asset management industry (minimum 10 years) with strong understanding of multiple Fixed Income strategies and bespoke solutions. - Proven client facing experience dealing directly with the retail, wholesale and institutional segments. supported by excellent communication skills. Capacity to fuel solutions design to answer client needs. - Management and /or leadership experience. **Knowledge and Skills** - Strong Fixed Income knowledge across the full listed bonds spectrum (money market, govies, IG, HY, green bonds, inflation, etc). RI knowledge is a must. - Perfect command of French and English (written and verbal). - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, is required. **Competencies** - Ability to lead and manage a team in a multi-cultural, multi-site environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in fast-moving situations. - Able to prioritise and maintain a positive attitude in fast-moving situations.
