Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a ** Solution Architect (WAN- STS)**

- Subject matter expert for Network solutions including network and overlay- SME is responsible to support the entire region and work with multiple Sales and Solutions architect on individual deals and also have strategic view of the market requirements and available technologies and solutions in the market- Understanding of enterprise IT and business concepts, processes, and requirements- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions- Knowledge and experience with designing and/or implementing Global WAN including various underlay technologies and SD WAN solution- Developing creative, logical solutions and assisting in the presentation of findings and recommendations to clients-
- Ability to lead large WAN RFP and non-RFP deals by liaising with multiple team members to stitch the overall solution and prepare solution documents.- Ability to converse on various security topics at CXO level- Understand market dynamics and run campaigns that accelerate the selling process
- Know the trends in the business landscape and attach cyber security frameworks/ solutions that bring agility in business with associated security.
**Qualifications**:
**Technical Expertise**:
- A demonstrated knowledge or awareness of a variety of technologies : underlay - MPLS, VPLS, Internet [flavors] and overlay Versa, Cisco Viptela, Velocloud- Understanding of security topics related to network security
- SASE, ZTNA, proxy- In depth Knowledge of at least one or two SD WAN technologies is a Must.- Should be comfortable with WAN architectures, methodologies, and propositions.- Strong and in-depth knowledge on Cloud connectivity- Stays abreast of current trends and updates to ensure that solutions provided to clients are relevant- Experience and knowledge of defense in depth, trust levels, privileges, and permissions- Knowledge of various licensing schemes proposed by OEMs
- Create templates and documentation to ensure best practices for solution design
**Certifications**:
- Highly desirable to have one or two of professional certifications like CCNP, CCIE- Cloud on Amazon or Microsoft are desirable- Various OEM certifications from leading vendors like Velocloud, Versa, Fortinet, Cisco
- Hands-on experience in the early part of a career will be added value.
**Soft skills**:
- Should have worked for global clients based out of Europe- Ability to create various types of reports: presentations, findings/recommendation- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Power point, Visio)- Ability to create and deliver presentations at CXO level.- Ability to liaison with multiple team members from various teams
- Ability to represent Tata Communications in various events and forums
