Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance, by leveraging our data, and helping transform L’Oréal into a "smart company" **Today NEO Program is at a turning point**: shifting from a "design & build & pilots mode" (phase 1) to a "rollout mode" (phase 2) to deploy NEO in all L’Oréal entities. Join our Data & Cutover team in the capacity of Cutover Operation expert The scope of this dedicated Data & Cutover team overviews the key pillars of Data: deliver & deploy of a robust Master Data Management (MDM) solution and master the cutover (including data migration activities) process. We are also industrializing several tasks to create a more scalable model for roll-out. **HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT**: This is a highly visible role requiring deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to drive consistency and efficiency in our operation data migration practices. MAIN MISSIONS ON THE JOB - Develop and maintain global data migration standards and best practices: Establish a framework for consistent data migration approaches across operation systems and entities. - Contribute to the standardization and industrialization of data migration approaches, templates and tools **THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**: - Technical skills - Project management - Previous experience on ERP project (cutover experience being a nice-to-have) - Previous experience as an IT (experience on interfaces being a nice-to-have) - Soft skills - Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines. - Curious as you will manage/handle various topic/problematic and several entities/ways of working in L’Oreal WHAT COULD BE THE NEXT STEPS AFTER THIS POSITION? **With NEO you will**: - learn the future ways of working of the group, therefore be truly valuable for the company - get a deep understanding of cross-métiers topics (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, Internal Control, IT) - learn how this large program is managed in hybrid-agile methodology with a strong interactions with workstreams (Testing, Apps Remediation,... - be exposed to an international and multi-cultural environment NEO is a career accelerator as you will acquire project skills that are more and more keys for a career in the group. - Inside NEO: - After this position you can either take a new position in the tribes (Data, F2S, O2C, P2P, R2R) or in a workstream - Outside NEO: - You can also join another entity / project strongly upskilled with an end-to-end vision and project management - You can also join a data domain out of NEO if you want to keep working on data, as data domain manager, data governance officer, and all data-related function with leadership
