Tester with Eu-passport for Initial 1-year Contract

We are looking for one **TESTER with EU-passport to start an initial 1-year contract for an EU-agency-client in Strasbourg (**100% on-site, EU-nationals ONLY). It's to **start a 220-day contract **(extensions possible) for **an international Org' client in Strasbourg.** **Start**:in 2-3 months or earlier when you have an existing EU-security-clearance.*** **EU nationals ONLY (**due to the "EU" security certifications required). We **can't accept any longer UK**-consultants, as long they don't have EU-SECRET clearance or another EU-citizenship. **AWARD & OTHERS** - Our client is an** international organisation** and a great reference in any CV English speaking environment. - **This role will be 100% onsite in Strasbourg as long the restrictions are lifted.**: - **This is a real longterm contract with **possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability (initial 220 day contract, where extensions are possible). - **EU nationals ONLY** (due to the "EU" security certifications required). We can't accept any longer UK-consultants, as long they don't have EU-scurity-clearance or another EU-citizenship (after Brexit the UK-consultant can't get any longer "EU" security clearances, which is mandatory for this position). - The applicants attention is drawn to the important role that the curriculum vitae plays in the evaluation. The Job Description is general, as usual in these EU/UN-agencies, where we will learn about the specific focus of the role in the VC interview. **TASKS** - Participating and supporting preparation and execution of testing activities for all the existing or new systems. - Maintaining effective information sharing and co-operation with internal and external stakeholders; - Responsibility for ensuring effective reporting is generated when required; - Contribute expertise in specialist tools (test tools) and techniques - Support the test team and the customer on all issues related to quality management; - Provide consultancy support on technical, as well as strategic issues, regarding information - systems and IT processes - Contribute to the test processes, procedures and documentation - Execute and manage testing activities on complex systems - Report problems or failures leading to suggestions to improve or perfect the technical products - Use test tools, performs and manages test automation activities - Interact with several project teams and numerous stakeholders in the framework of the tests organization and activities. **SKILLS** - Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor or equivalent) after the secondary school - At least 4 years' experience in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) including 3 years in consultancy among which 2 years in relevant requested domain(s) (eg consultancy in governance and management, hardware and software, telecommunication, information systems, service-oriented architectures, etc.) - Understanding Project management methodologies and principles - Proven professional experience in business analysis, software development, testing, or integration (or a combination) of at least 2 (two) years; - Knowledge of IT Service Management and particularly the ITIL framework - Experience in the coordination and monitoring of external providers with regards to the provision of outsourced testing services **PROVIDER** infom consulting is an owner-managed business and consulting firm in Germany.
