We are looking for a
**Global Strategy Manager** that will be responsible for sizing and scoping new business opportunities to help in our efforts to drive our diversification agenda. You will work as part of a core global team consisting of Product, Commercial, and Strategy speakers with both local and global clients. You will report to Miguel Santos, who leads our global Strategy & Expansion team.

**What will you be doing ?**:

- Lead strategy work to identify and assess growth opportunities in the food, grocery, and retail markets, including i) sizing of the total business opportunity, ii) assessment of the product needs, ensuring that we develop a product that delivers long-term and unique value for clients, iii) collaboration with the product/tech teams to prioritize feature developments, and iv) regular updates on project progress to the ExCo
- Lead assessment of potential opportunities for new products (including business case) and preparation for the roll-out
- Lead new market entries from the strategic market analysis to the launch in collaboration with other teams (incl. International, Tech, Product )
- Support strategic needs of business and product teams on cross-country and cross-department topics
- Develop and synthesize a holistic view of the business and the industry by actively engaging with Stuart's local teams, clients, and partners

**What do we need from you?**:

- 4+ years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or investment bank (M&A) with international exposure
- You’re a creative thinker - hypothesis-driven problem solving comes naturally and you view constraints as challenges to be overcome
- You know how to get meaningful information out of large sets of data
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, and are comfortable in establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders
- You’re detail-oriented without losing sight of the big issues
- You are used to owning your own work and autonomously and proactively coming up with potential solutions to any constraints or roadblocks
- Fluency in English - other languages is extremely welcome too
