**Principal Duties & Responsibilities...**
- Contribute to the definition and formalization of the Group’s Transfer Pricing policy in collaboration with the Legal department, ensuring compliance with evolving international regulations.
- Manage the annual update of the Group Master File and Local Files for all entities, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Act as the primary interface with tax experts in various jurisdictions to address local requirements and support compliance.
- Strengthen the control of intercompany operations by improving and harmonizing declaration and reconciliation processes, implementing and maintaining the Group’s reconciliation tool, and overseeing monthly reconciliations to ensure a reliable intercompany elimination database.

- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, audit.
- Minimum 3 years’ successful experience in financial department of an international company (ideally a first experience relative to transfer pricing or international taxes) or in audit firm.
- International exposure and capacity to work with different cultures.
- Strong interest for international tax topics and transfer pricing.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong personal organization & rigor.
- Capacity to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong IT skills.
- Fluency in English.
