Your Role: Project Manager, Hub Charging Europe As Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate our Hub Charging Program activities. This program is brand new and aims to develop charging hubs for electric trucks and vans in multiple European counties.

Key responsibilities
- Initial set up of the EU Hub Charing Program
- Draft Hub Charging Program Plan
- Draft preliminary program plan, incl. roles & responsibilities, working packages, timelines, budgets, program controls, processes, reporting.
- Synchronize individual activities/opportunities/partnerships into one central program, avoiding unclarities/conflicting interests/gaps.
- Project Management
- Ensure timely delivery by Working Package (WP) leads on their domains, ranging from WPs like Partnerships/Commercial, Incentives, to Engineering, Execution, Operations/IT, MarCom and Legal.
- Keep high-level view on all parallel projects and work streams, ensuring simultaneous execution.
- Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Internally directed at senior management, and internal departments such as sales, engineering, execution, operations, marketing, legal, and finance.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the program execution and develop mitigation plans to address technical, operational, and financial challenges.
- Performance Tracking: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and report to senior management on program status, roadblocks, and timelines.

Profile
- Proven track record in program/project management, with at least 5 years of international experience throughout Europe. Experience in sustainable energy and in go-to-market-programs are an advantage.
- Experience with EV infrastructure, incl. engineering topics, hardware/software integration, and deployment.
- Fluent in French and English
- Your natural approach to complex problem solving is to bring structure, create clarity, break complexity down to manageable tasks.
- You have excellent communication skills, can read the room, and you naturally engage with stakeholders on senior management as well as operational level. You are positive and are focused on teamwork.
- You are a self-motivated leader that is willing to take ownership, you are comfortable with ambiguity, you can work independently and can run projects in parallel.
- Customer centric and innovative mindset focused on solving customer pain points by providing products and solutions that meet the customer’s need.
