- **Join us as Supply Chain and Stock Manager to build and optimize Qonto's logistics operations for physical products, starting with card and packaging management**. You'll be pioneering this new role within our Banking Operations team, working closely with Justine, our Senior lead Banking Operations, to create efficient supply chain processes that support Qonto's growth.

‍‍ **As a Supply Chain and stock Manager at Qonto, you will**:

- **Monitor and manage stock levels** with weekly tracking and proactive ordering
- Analyze data and **create forecasts** to prevent stock shortages
- Optimize logistics flows to **maximize efficiency** and customer satisfaction
- Handle incidents in **collaboration with internal teams and providers**:

- **Collaborate** with Product, Finance, Design, and Ops Engineering teams

You'll work alongside Marco, who will help with your onboarding and serve as a backup while focusing on card-related activities.

Optimization of our stock management systems

Development of new forecasting models for card and packaging needs

Coordination with providers for potential new card designs and packaging solutions
- Tools we use: Excel (with potential to implement new tools), internal tracking systems, and collaboration tools for cross-team communication

***About your future manager**:
Your manager will be Justine, Senior Lead Banking Operations (Cards, Checks, Debtors).

**Her path?** Three years in the banking/FinTech industry, including one year as a Team Leader.

**About You**
- **Supply Chain Experience**: You have previous experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally 4 to 5 years in a fast-paced technology company or startup environment
- **Analytical Mindset**: You're comfortable with data analysis and creating forecasting models, with strong Excel skills and potentially SQL knowledge
- **Stakeholder Management**: You have experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external providers, with excellent communication skills
- **Problem-Solving**: You have a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements and handling logistics incidents effectively
