**MISSIONS**- Ensure the functional safety management during the product development-
- Lead the functional safety analysis and design**ACTIVITIES**

**PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT BASED ON EN50126, EN50129 (and their dependencies)**- Respect planning of the functional safety activities in the product development phases-
- Perform hazard analysis risk assessment: PHA, FMEA (functional, components, etc), Interface analysis, dependency analysis, qualitative and quantitative fault tree analysis, etc Work in cross-functionally with System team, Cybersecurity Team, Software team, Hardware team and Validation team to ensure compliance to Functional Safety standards-
- Participate in the writing of the Hazard Log and Safety Case.**KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT**- Develop Plastic Omnium knowledge on Functional Safety for Railway-
- Extend Functional Safety Processes, Methodologies and Deliverables according Railway standards-
- Formalize & maintain relevant know-how, for the capitalization of knowledge within the company**Personal Background**- Engineering degree or equivalent-
- At least 5 year experience in functional safety position-
- Significant experience in RAMS engineering, preferably within the railway, automotive, or aerospace industries-
- Experience in System, HW and SW architecture design for mechatronic systems
- Experience in Railway Rolling Stock is a plus

**Job Technical skills**- Excellent knowledge on risk analysis methods and tools (e.g., FTA, FMEA, FMECA)-
- In-depth knowledge of RAMS standards and methodologies, including EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129 or equivalent-
- Railway or Automotive Functional Safety Certification by certification bodies (TÜV, UL ) is a strong plus**Job Soft skills**- Good written and oral communication skills.-
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a strong plus-
- Ability to lead discussions with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and in multiple fields.-
