Flowie is looking for a Staff Product Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that redefine B2B collaboration. **Key Responsibilities**
- ** Product Strategy and Roadmap**: Collaborate with head of domains to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- ** Small Iterations for Big Impact**: Embrace an iterative approach to development, delivering value through small, frequent releases that enable rapid feedback and continuous improvement.
- ** End-to-End Product Management**: Lead the development and execution of product features from concept to launch, managing the entire product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure a smooth product development process.
- ** User-Centric Design**: Advocate for simplicity in complex and secure projects, ensuring that our solutions are intuitive and user-friendly while meeting security and compliance requirements.
- ** Iterative Development**: Embrace small, iterative cycles to test, learn, and refine product features quickly, maximizing impact and minimizing risk.

**Requirement**:

- **Experience**: At least 7-10 years of experience in product management or a product-focused engineering role, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
- ** Product Management Expertise**: Deep understanding of product management principles, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with engineering principles and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Scala), enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
- ** Experience in Financial and B2B/B2C Domains**: Proven experience working on products in B2B, B2C, payments, or financial services, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and user needs.
- ** Security and Compliance Focus**: Ability to manage and deliver secure solutions that comply with industry regulations and best practices, particularly in sensitive areas like payments and finance.
- ** Analytical and Strategic Thinking**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and strategy.
