Apprenticeship - Billing and Cash Collection

As a Billing and Cash Collection team member at Yousign, your role will be to contribute to all topics related to invoicing by interacting with various teams: Sales, Customer Service, Operations, etc. Due to our business positioning, a very large volume of invoices is generated daily by our billing software. Our priorities are to industrialize our processes as much as possible, anticipate specific cases, and support the Business teams in managing clients.

**Your Missions**:
**Billing and Invoicing**:

- Assist in preparing and issuing invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in invoices

**Debt Collection**:

- Assist in developing strategies for effective debt recovery while maintaining positive client relationships

**Account Reconciliation**:

- Assist in reconciling client accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in account balances or payments

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and account balances
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing and collection activities

**Customer and internal Support**:

- Prepare regular reports on billing and collection activities for management review
- Provide service while addressing and resolving client or internal concerns.

**Who are you ?**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program (finance, accounting, business administration, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a professional level in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
