**Job Purpose**
Ensuring strong sales performance by representing the country's voice in marketing activities, localising brand strategy, plans and tactical materials, driving the tactical plan and promoting the proper use of our products. Place greater emphasis on digital engagement, with the objective of maximising sales and profit potential for each product.
One of the components of this post will be to set up innovative projects with start-ups and new partnership approaches in order to explore new avenues of development

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting Oncology Franchise Managers across Europe to develop an effective regional brand strategy to ensure it meets the needs of the local market;
- Lead the creation and monitor the implementation of strategic branding and marketing plans in line with regional strategies, ensuring that objectives are met within approved timeframes and budgets.
- In collaboration with colleagues in Sales Excellence, drive the development of aligned cross-functional launch plans for new products, new indications, line extensions and formulations.
- In coordination with the marketing manager, manage the materials made available to the Field-based teams (positive list, allocations, stock management at the service provider, management of obsolete documents and destruction).
- Assess market and mine insights to inform the sales forecasts for each individual franchise product.
Qualifications:
**Position Requirements**
- Degree in life sciences, digital or marketing recommended.
- Significant experience in marketing and brand management in a pharmaceutical context.
- Professional experience in a digital/omnichannel marketing environment.
- Required knowledge of local market dynamics, customer/patient requirements and needs.
- Experience in oncology and rare disease required.
- Strong and proven project management skills and experience in a matrix environment and cross functional leadership.
- Native in French and perfect command of English.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Experience in maximizing a mature brand a plus
- Creative mindset and sense of initiative
