We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager

**Location**: Reyssouze

**Contract**: Fixed-term contract

Under the responsibility of the Site Director, you will carry out the following missions:
**Strategic management**:
Adapt and implement the regional supply chain strategy and over-see the definition and execution of operational plans to achieve regional and local objectives

**Operational management**:
Responsible for the execution of the strategies developed in order to achieve and maintain the KPIs of each area of the supply chain by following best practices
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supply chain continuity
Supervise the proper execution of planning as well as inventory management, and ensure the availability of materials while maintaining cost control
Collaborate on the supply and demand review of the S&OP cycle as well as the PDP
Organize receiving, storage, and shipping operations with a focus on lead times (service), quality (customer/regulatory requirements), and cost
Manage the relationship with stakeholders such as outdoor storage or forklifts
Be active in solving problems concerning logistics and transport
Ensure that the site complies with commercial import and export regulations
Establish KPI models to assess supply chain performance
Identify and implement improvement opportunities
Promote the “customer” culture on the site
Act in an exemplary manner in terms of behavioral safety and maintain high expectations with regard to safety objectives
Support EHS initiatives and facilitate their implementation
Monitor compliance with the supply chain budget

Food Safety and Quality
You know and respect the group's commitments in terms of food fraud (Food Fraud studies).
You ensure compliance with established procedures (reception, shipping, change control, deviation, incident management) and the proper maintenance of stocks.
You participate in the evaluation/qualification of external service providers

Human Resources
Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the local supply chain teams and validate the associated results
Work with the local and regional teams, as well as with HR partners to recruit and develop local talent
Develop and promote local supply chain talent within and outside operations at the local and regional level
Ensure the proper training of its team (including temporary workers) and in particular, the authorizations and training required.

**You have**:
Bachelor/ Master in supply chain
Knowledge of SAP software
Fluent English
Experience in supply chain and as a manager
