**Job Summary**:
Sourcemap is seeking a Data & Reporting Lead to lead customer engagements through the stages of data collection, analysis and continuous reporting starting at project go-live. The Data & Reporting lead is responsible for understanding technical reporting requirements for a number of simultaneous customer engagements and managing a team of analysts to translate those requirements into technical specifications that are successfully implemented within project timelines. This role will work closely with Data & Reporting Team Managers, Project Managers and counterparts on the Software Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure projects are successful and deliver value to the customer.

Sourcemap is headquartered in New York City, with an office in Paris, France. This position is based in Paris and requires an in-office presence at least three days a week.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage data analysts: set and review quarterly goals, organize onboarding and training, set internal team processes, oversee daily tasks, provide timely feedback, etc.
- Ensure team members have the tools, training, and support necessary to complete their job and meet deadlines for customer deliverables.
- Coordinate the daily workload and task management for data analysts.
- Develop into a trusted cross-functional technical advisor: become an expert in the Sourcemap product and leverage that expertise as a liaison between professional services, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, create concrete action plans for implementation, and ensure high quality, on-time execution of deliverables.
- Implement and share best practices for team success and create open communication and coordination within the team.
- Work closely with the project manager to align on project timelines, feasibility, requests, issue escalation and strategic initiatives.
- Understand the platform architecture and project data pipelines ensuring that the team is also equipped with this understanding.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years relevant experience including data analytics/reporting, working with project teams, and leading/managing internal team members.
- Proven ability to effectively structure and lead a team day to day including task management, meeting deadlines, leading team coordination meetings, and managing team goals.
- Experience effectively working within project teams on complex projects that involve cross-functional coordination with multiple stakeholders to meet strict deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate with key functional teams, in particular Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture teams.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing organization (a tech company with a SaaS product preferred).
- Supply chain and data science experience (preferred).
- Ultimately, an outstanding Data team Lead should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional managerial, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
