Operations Process/packaging Engineer

- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Mobility around Europe will be a strong advantage: Poland, Hungary, UK, Germany, Italy, France
- Job rotation every 1/ 1.5 year for the functional and then leadership/ expert path development

**Position Summary**:
The Operations Talents Program is designed to enable talented employees to participate in a stimulating, multicultural and challenging learning environment, while providing a thorough exposure within Purina. It is a fast-paced opportunity for leading roles in our organization.

After a successful completion of the program, we will identify the leading or expert positions in one of our factories or central functions or in different locations in Zone Europe Purina PetCare Network to fit our business needs and your personal and professional profile.

**A day in the life of an Operations Process Engineer role**:

- **Develop and demonstrate Right Quality competencies**:Participate and support initiatives and action plan related to consumer complaint, in area of competency.
- **Ensure Right Cost competencies, with Coach/Leader supervision**:Participate and support Production optimization (processes, product quality and safety)
- **Learn and demonstrate Right Speed competencies, supported by level II and level III Engineers**:Provide and update key inputs to SOP and provide feedback to design for design team
- **Right Place, with Coach/Leader supervision**:Provide and ensure that technical documentations/ UOM / SOPs are delivered for key strategic equipments
- **Right Product, with Coach/Leader supervision**:In his/her Engineering Competence support the Innovation Renovation process, maintaining links for new products technologies with Engineering, Businesses, PTCs, R&Ds, Corporate Units, and protecting/developing/deploying technological know-how.
- **Right Expertise**:Maintain, transfer across NPPE and develop the corresponding Engineering core Competence of his/her expertise, including Experts networking, training and skills assessments.
- **Total Compliance**:Ensure Processes & Equipments in his/her area of Competence are safe for people, products and environment, in line with all corresponding local / Nestlé regulations.
- **Factory Support**:Mantain, transfer across NPPE and develop the corresponding Engineering core Competence of your expertise, including Experts networking, training and skills assessments.

**What will make you successful**:

- You have 2/3 years of experience in the factory environment, preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry
- You have proven track record in delivering results by working with cross functional team
- You had demonstrated the ability to successfully lead projects
- You are mobile and the willingness to travel
- Your English is fluent, plus one other European language preferable
