**Context**
- As an Internal Communication Officer Apprentice, you will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, fostering a cohesive organizational culture and strengthen the company’s internal culture within the Europe perimeter. This covers 10 countries and around 30 installations (factories, offices, logistics centers).
- This role involves crafting and disseminating clear, consistent, and engaging internal communications to ensure that employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with the region and company’s goals and values.
- Working under the Europe Internal Communication Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Internal Communication team, Corporate Communication, HR, and other key stakeholders to drive impactful communication campaigns across multiple platforms.

**Responsibility and missions**
- Provide communication support for internal projects and initiatives as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement
- Propose new ideas, initiatives to strengthen people engagement : creation, editing, and distribution of impactful campaigns
- Contribute to the visibility of the plants within the region and the Group
- Support local functions to ensure the cascading of information
- Track and analyze communication effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Participate to BG editorial committees and Internal Communications team’s meetings

**Skills and qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong storytelling and creativity, including the ability to simplify key strategic messages to all internal audiences
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in editing tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and video editing (PlayPlay)
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms (Sharepoint, Viva Engage)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines
