As a Cosmetic Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that ensure the availability of high-quality cosmetic products while optimizing costs and supplier relationships.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve optimal cost and quality.
- Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Manage supplier performance, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the cosmetics industry.

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a buyer in the cosmetics or related industry, with a solid understanding of procurement practices.

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
