- We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic
- **Software Engineer** to join our team.-
Key Responsibilities
- Completing development against project requirements
- Subject matter expert in at least one programme language.
- Leading aspects of project delivery as senior engineer within the project
- Coaching and Mentoring other software engineers
- Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- Liaison with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered to required specifications.
- Resolving technical problems as they arise and lead technical discussions and workshops on customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Responsible for designing and implementing bespoke software for customers.
- Completing peer reviews for other team members within project or other projects.
- Ensuring quality assurance processes are adhered to and adequate peer to peer testing completed.
- Provide ongoing support as issues escalated by Sabio Support team: clearly identify issues, ascertain importance and priority, then provide troubleshooting and testing (may be remote or on-site) and/or escalate if necessary, providing a clear and thorough description of the issue to the relevant colleague.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience in leading teams of Software Engineers with varied experience in their software engineering career.
- Highly adept at running and executing on multiple projects across multiple domains.
- Experience of reviewing, setting and maintaining professional standards and adherence to security standards for software development.
- Experience in writing design documentation, method statements and user guides essential
- Experience in creating clearly documented analysis, design and test specifications essential
- Knowledge of recognised development-related standards
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance / professional services arena.
- Experience developing components using high-level languages (such as Node.Js, Java, JavaScript, C#)
- Reasonable knowledge of Contact centre technologies
- Key eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
- Comfortable with Agile methodology and running MVP’s
- Fluent in French and English
