**Brand Demand Manager - H/F/NB**: Location: CRAPONNE, France Position Type: Unfixed Term Job Function: Supply Chain Based in Craponne site, you will be integrated in the Supply and Demand management team part of the Global Supply Chain, ensuring the best demand signal for your brands. **What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?** - Consolidates, analyzes and challenges global forecasts for his product brands (inc. LCM and OEM), liaises with regional demand managers, LCM and OEM teams in order to reach the expected accuracy and quality - Drives and prepares Brand S&OP process: Demand review > Supply Review > S&OP - Builds scenarios considering supply, customer needs, risks & opportunities and Brand extension - Provides S&OP guidelines to Inventory Manager on inventory policies, logistics, shelf life and allocations in order to increase customer OTIF, lower distribution costs and scrap risks, drives allocations and monitors promotion actions - Proposes forecast profiles during launch stage, considering scrap risks and sales forecasts, integrating comops and marketing business plan into operational forecasts, country per country - Watches for APO forecasting system data accuracy and drives its cleansing - Leads RSL reviews and maintains the RSL promised by DC to subsidiary in the information systems - Prepare transition to Integrated Business Planning. **Who are you?** - Master’s Degree, ideally specialized in supply chain/planning. - At least 2 years of experience including a first experience in Supply Chain - Mastery capability of decision making - Mastery capability of information synthesis - Ability to work in cross-functional environment (Mastery) - Customer / Business oriented (Mastery) - Planning and S&OP - Good level with standard IS softwares (Excel, SAP ) - Very good relationship skills, agility to adapt and understand complex matters rapidly
