Product Marketing Manager

**Votre quotidien**

Après une période de formation interne, vos missions seront:

- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie Marketing Produits en lien avec la Direction et le Groupe
- Gérer le mix Marketing en développant et optimisant le mix produit, les prix, la communication, la promotion et les modes de distribution pour l’ensemble de notre gamme, en collaboration avec le Directeur Général, le Groupe, le Responsable Marketing Digital et Communication et le Responsable Marketing Opérationnel
- Encadrer, animer et développer les compétences d’une équipe de 6 chefs de produits et product owners
- Piloter les lancements de produits en coordonnant la mise sur le marché des nouveaux produits et en suivant l’évolution des produits existants
- Assurer le suivi et le reporting en définissant les KPIs pertinents, en suivant les résultats commerciaux et en ajustant la stratégie marketing
- Améliorer les méthodes marketing en proposant et mettant en place de nouvelles approches et de nouveaux outils, en vous appuyant sur vos veilles des marchés et des concurrents.

**Votre profil**
- Vous avez un Bac +5 (Master ou équivalent) avec une spécialisation en Commerce et/ou en Marketing
- Vous avez 7 à 10 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire ou sur un poste de Chef de Produit/Chef de secteur dans un environnement international et technologique
- Vous parlez un anglais bilingue et idéalement une troisième langue
- Vous Maîtrisez des outils bureautiques ainsi qu’un CRM et un ERP (idéalement Salesforce et M3)
- Vous avez une expertise en stratégie Marketing, business development et en gestion de projets
- Vous avez une sensibilité produit et une appétence pour les solutions technologiques

Vous êtes orienté résultats et clients. Vous disposez de capacités d’analyse et de synthèses reconnues. Vous avez un bon leadership, un excellent sens de l’écoute et une capacité à mobiliser les équipes. Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.

**Your mission**

After a period of in-house training, your responsibilities will include:

- Define and implement the Products Marketing strategy in conjunction with the Management and the Group
- Steer the marketing mix by developing and optimizing the product mix, pricing, communication, promotion and distribution methods for our entire range, in collaboration with the Head of Evolis, the Group, the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, and the Operational Marketing Manager..
- Manage, lead and develop the skills of a team of 6 product managers and product owners
- Oversee product launches, coordinating the launch of new products and monitoring the development of existing products.
- Ensure follow-up and reporting by defining relevant KPIs, monitoring sales results and adjusting marketing strategy
- Improve marketing methods by proposing and implementing new approaches and tools, drawing on your market and competitor intelligence.

**Your profile**
- You have 5 years' higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) with a specialization in Business and/or Marketing.
- You have 7 to 10 years' experience in a similar position or as a Product/Sector Manager in an international, technological environment.
- You are bilingual English and ideally speak a third language
- You are proficient in office automation tools, CRM and ERP (ideally Salesforce and M3).
- You have expertise in marketing strategy, business development and project management
- You have product awareness and an appetite for technological solutions.
