**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement different agent logics by reusing foundation models
- Develop massive benchmark to evaluate agents capabilities and launch evaluation campaigns
- Implement state-of-the-art Deep Reinforcement learning algorithms on top of large models
- Propose research directions toward new agent paradigms and learning approaches

**Requirements**:

- Technical/Research skills:

- Research expertise (PhD in ML/deep learning) in one of the following topics:

- Reinforcement Learning
- Agentic systems based on LLMs/VLMs
- Proficient in Python & Git and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)
- Soft skills
- Enjoys collaboration and team work
- Impactful communication
- Eager to explore the new challenges of agentic AI
- Bonuses:

- Experience in LLM training/fine-tuning

**Location**:

- H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US
- The final decision for this will lie with the hiring manager for each individual role
