**Description du poste**
Reporting to our VP of finance, you will create impact within our finance team.

You'll help manage transactions, and forging relationships with suppliers. Maintain accurate records regarding payments to suppliers, processing payments from clients, and upskill others. Increase department processes and build lasting relationships with others within and outside of the business. At Jellyfish, we are committed to fostering professional growth. Your career path could lead to learn and upgrade the Accounts Payable (AP) position, and then move to improve all the finance roles in the team

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Ensure all documentation from suppliers/creditors and expense employees are monitored, processed and paid.
- Reconcile supplier statements and other balance sheet data monthly.
- Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox including ServiceNow AP ticketing system.
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, vendors and clients.
- Support with weekly/monthly Cash Forecasting deliverables.
- Support with AP initiatives to standardise, simplify and automate processes.
- Compile, analyse, and report financial information to manage

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated expertise in accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in French accounting, finance, management, or a related field.
- Fluency in French is required given the scope of work and some basis in English.
- Proficiency with computers, especially business solutions and bookkeeping software.
- You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
- You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
- You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, and valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
