In the framework of the Bioprocess solutions strategy design to support the business’ transformation plan and **under the direct supervision of the BPS Business Process Manager**, the **BPS Project manager** ensures the **structuring and delivering of key projects/programs** (_including but not limited to Sales & Customer experience initiatives_) as well as be responsible for **Salesforce** users community animation, business needs expression in alignment with the transformation roadmap and evolutions delivery.
Essential functions:
- 20%: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management, project sponsors, IT teams and other stakeholders. Effectively communicate expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, continuously manage objectives, and hold project team members accountable for delivery.
- 40%: Lead project execution and delivery and help project teams maintain an overall project vision with supporting project plans. Refine project execution approach using project management standards and best practices.
- 20%: Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path items, and project risks. Coordinate with project teams and sponsors to plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential roadblocks, and devise contingency plans. Develop and deliver progress reports to management and other stakeholder including issue/action item logs, project status, and risks. Conduct post-project reviews and make recommendations for continuous excellence in project execution and delivery.
- 20%: Build and animate a Salesforce key users community. Build and monitor a CRM evolutions backlog. Promote transformation, new standards, processes and tools adoption.
Projects will be led in an **exciting and dynamic Business Transformation context**, aiming at building quickly **business standard processes**, **data management standards**, **Information systems foundations**.
**Change management** (in a mainly remote context) will be a major challenge of each project and requires excellent **communication and networking skills**.
**Customer orientation, delivery and operational business value focus** are key factors to drive efficient decision making along the projects.
**Profil recherché**
You have a **higher education with a Master’s** degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.
You have at least **5 years of experience in project management** experience running projects in a complex, multi-site environment with cross functional teams and **working directly with business/IT leadership** to set direction and drive project execution.
You have a significant experience working in or **with Sales/Customer service/Supply chain** department, sales-oriented processes, tools (CRM, ideally Salesforce).
Experience in data management, database architecture (Products, Customer referentials), BI tools is preferred.
You are recognized for **your ability to adapt to shifting priorities**, **demands and timelines** through **analytical** and **problem-solving skills** and to effectively **prioritize** and execute tasks in a **high-pressure environment**.
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating, you have the **ability to elicit cooperation** from a wide variety of sources, including executive management, customers, and other departments, to **resolve conflict** among participants and escalate internally where needed and to give and receive constructive **feedback** in the spirit of continuous improvement.
A good working atmosphere is essential, you are **open-minded and appreciate teamwork**.
The context being international, fluency in **English** is essential.
