**Supply Chain Specialist (H/F)**

**What you'll do**

As Supply Chain Specialist, the jobholder is expected to cooperate closely with Village-Neuf site departments (QA/QC, Production, Logistics, Village-Neuf Customs Department) as well as with DSM HNH Premix Customer Service to manage delivery of finished goods to Customers with highest service level.

Position has a direct impact on delivery of required supply chain results: applicable KPI's (OTIF, Lead-time, inventory value)

**Your key responsibilities**
- Confirm Customers orders considering production dates, QC lead-times, transportation lead-times,...
- Act as local contact point for Customer Service and coordinates changes (quantity, delivery dates,...) with Production Planner, QCA or Forwarders
- Issue and print all documentation needed to ship finished goods (delivery notes, packing list, CoA, Customs documentation, Dangerous Good Declarations,...)
- Plan departure and arrival of goods with forwarders following agreed delivery options required by Customers and DSM transportation strategy. Manage communication with forwarder and Logistics to provide highest service to Customers
- Follow on daily basis that all orders are on expected stage of progress in process and alert if deviation occurs
- Confirm or cancel on a daily basis purchase requisition for RMB purchasing group
- Follow on daily basis all purchase order with a clear batch management

**You bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trades
- Knowledge of supply chain, transportation, customs, raw material planning
- Fluency in French and English.
- Very good communication skills, excellent work organization
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP
