Fınance Busıness Partner

This role will be a key, strategic business partner supporting our regional Sales/Service team with strategy development and execution, management of financial data, and establishment of strategic KPI’s to grow the market and serve our customer base.

**Area of responsibilities**:
This role will be responsible for:

- Acts as a true business partner; Uses research, analysis, and experience to develop business and financial recommendations, provide budget feedback, and assist in key financial decisions and play an important role in the value creation.
- Collaborate with functional leadership to identify strategic opportunities; Completes regular financial analysis, identifying and managing financial risk, completing financial research, performing economic and sales forecasting, analyzing a sales and overall performance, and managing financial data. Leverages financial analysis to assist in decision-making.
- Drives Budget and Forecast process; Working with accounting and cross-functional, the Finance Business Partner uses financial analysis and forecasting to design and oversee the execution of the budget/forecast. Ensures that the budget is properly administered, and guidelines are maintained, and provides budget feedback.
- Reports Financial performance; Responsible for reporting findings and working with the business to make financial decisions.
- Develops understanding of the business context associated with value creation, translate financial and non-financial data into business opportunities.
- Understands the financial challenges and strategically influences them to deliver options to meet financial targets.
- Drives business performance, continuous productivity improvements and standardization across the organizational area.
- Accountable for timely and high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and metrics to key stakeholders. Developing financial summaries and presenting to regional and global leadership on monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
- Coach the organization to increase financial awareness in their approach to business decisions.

The role will be based at Nilfisk France / Netherlands office. There will be daily contact with the teams of Benelux Sales/Service, Commercial and Operational Finance.

**Requirements**:
Describe core competencies, knowledge and skills required to succeed in this role:

- University Degree in Business Administration or Finance. A Master degree would be a plus.
- +5 years of experience in Finance, ideally in a similar role as Finance Business Partner
- Fluency of English. French will be a good plus. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- High level of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint ability.
- Experience of working with SAP BI/Power BI essential
- Proactive and able to take own and drive initiatives.
- Has a high energy-level; gets things done without compromising quality.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills; able to listen actively to a stakeholder, guide attention, create a dialogue and influence.
- Ability to gain trust with stakeholders and drive change management, by anticipating and mitigating resistance.
- Commercial mindset and data story telling ability.
