**YOUR TASKS**:
trackinsight is seeking to develop its Manager & ETF Selection business line. We have the ambitions to strengthen our leading position on this product segment and improve customer service. We intend to achieve this by improving our fund research capabilities: Issuer due diligence, construction of ETF Buy Lists based on client’s fiscal and regulatory constraints, portfolio model construction, and best execution workflow analysis.

**1. ETF Issuer Due Diligence and ETF Selection**
- Assist the dedicated team to prepare ETF Issuer DDQ and conduct thorough analysis.
- Contribute to the implementation of client’s customized ETF selection process and to the construction of resulting cross-asset Buy Lists.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ETF ecosystem.
- Prepare regulatory documentation for clients.

**2. Automation Support**:

- Optimise current workflow and process, reducing manual tasks.
- Automate internal processes to focus on qualitative analysis.

**3.Operational Tasks**:

- Support the desk by assisting in the daily clients’ requests.

**4. Analytics Tool Enhancement**:

- Collaborate on improving and enhancing analytics tools used by the team.
- Generate reports from these tools to provide monitoring and decision support for strategy managers and clients.

**5. Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Engage in daily interactions with various teams. (Tech, Marketing, Research )
- Foster effective communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.

**6. Interactions with Issuers**:

- Engage with Issuers, especially to help on automation and to collect key information.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with our counterparties.

**YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS**:

- Top-tier engineering/programming school or at a top-ranked university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Strong interest in client relations and communication.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R and VBA) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manipulation large data sets is mandatory.
- Knowledge of financial analysis tools.

**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
