**MISSIONS**:

- **Refonte des sites e-commerce, **avec un focus sur l'optimisation du funnel d’achat.
- **Lancement de nouvelles fonctionnalités** pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur et les performances commerciales.
- **Réalisation de benchmarks concurrentiels **pour identifier les meilleures pratiques et les tendances de design.
- **Animation des workshops design avec les équipes internes **pour stimuler la créativité etl'innovation.
- **Animation des tests utilisateurs** afin d’évaluer les prototypes et ajuster les designs en fonction des feedbacks.
- **Gestion de la connaissance utilisateur** pour comprendre les besoins, comportements et attentes.
- **Collaboration avec le responsable branding** pour garantir l’alignement des assets visuels entre les marques et les plateformes e-commerce.
- **Analyser le comportement des visiteurs** et affiner les interfaces en fonction des données.

D’autres missions peuvent s’ajouter en fonction du profil.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous avez minimum **5 ans d’expériences sur la fonction Product** (e-commerce).
- **Imbattable en e-commerce**, vous maîtrisez les rouages du secteur et êtes expert sur les **enjeux de conversion**. (un + si orientation mobile).
- **Outils**: Figma, Sketch, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Content Square, ainsi que de l'ERP, Odoo.
- Vous avez la capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec plusieurs parties prenantes.
- Vous vous adaptez à un environnement jeune et très agile
- Un + si vous maîtrisez l’anglais/l’espagnol

**MODALITÉS**:

- Package selon profil et expérience : 50K€-70K€
- Localisation : Marseille, full remote au début puis flex remote après déménagement du siège sur Marseille.
- Prise de poste idéale : Janvier 2025
