Indirect Senior Buyer W/m

Our client is looking for a talented individual to take the lead of the indirect purchasing team in Paris. This service company will welcome your strategic purchasing view and know-how and provide you with a whole ecosystem to build up and enhance. Working hand-in-hand with internal clients and leading your team, you will foster a positive and efficient environment for your assigned spend area.
**Essentially, you will**:
- Pilot the whole spend portfolio (about 30M€) in accordance with company policies,
- Monitor and benchmark for the best and more innovative solutions available,
- Ensure that the supply base is strong enough to evolve with the organization,
- Set up governance, processes and KPIs of your department,
- Manage proper reporting at all levels,
- Define the long-term strategic plan and make sure all targets are met,
- Communicate efficiently about the Purchasing initiatives and onboard every stakeholder and peers,
- Spread procurement best practices and policies throughout the company,
- Manage an heterogenous team and contribute to their knowledge ramp-up.
**This is you if**:
- You have at least 8 years’ experience in indirect procurement in mature organizations,
- You can break down in actionable phases a complex project managing diverse and informal stakeholders whilst managing risks,
- You have strong project management skills and a track record of delivering results in a team,
- You can demonstrate great networking, collaboration, and influence skills,
- You have a perfect understanding of procurement processes and tools.

**Salary**: 65,000.00€ - 75,000.00€ per year
