Pluxee Data organization has chosen a decentralized Data Hub (central) & Data Spoke (local) organization where the Spokes are data factory teams covering multiple countries' Data needs and supporting business teams by delivering operations reporting, the ad-hoc analysis supporting decision making and advanced insights aiming at predicting clients, merchants, or consumers behaviors.

To support this objective, your responsibilities will encompass leading a team of Data Analysts in:

- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and insights relevant for business improvement.
- Visualization and Reporting: Developing clear and informative dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to business teams.
- Decision Support: Providing ad-hoc analyses and statistical modeling to assist business teams in making informed decisions and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.

- Team management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 4+ analysts across countries, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- SQL Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in querying and managing data using SQL, with +3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- KPI Definition and Visualization: Proficient in designing and developing dashboards using Power BI. Experience in defining and computing key performance indicators (KPIs) in DAX to measure business performance, particularly in finance or payment services.
- End-to-End Data Chain Understanding: Strong ability to comprehend the entire data architecture to anticipate and mitigate potential blockers with both Engineer Managers and business stakeholders.
- Prioritization and Requirement Definition: Expertise in ensuring the prioritization and proper requirement definition of use cases to maximize business impact and efficiency.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at interacting with stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds and technical expertise.
- Analytical Thinking: Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and extracting insights from complex datasets.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Availability to work hybrid mode: 3 days at the office in Central Paris and 2 days at home.
