**Votre rôle et vos missions**:

**AXA Corporate Center’s main missions are to**:
- Steer the entities in order to ensure the coherence of the strategies, the consistency of the commercial approaches as well as the optimization of the risks and results.
- Defining and coordinating Group policies, different transversal projects and standards, identifying and sharing best practices.
- Supporting the entities in order to help them to grow, to develop their offer, their management and steering standards as well as their risk management.
The head office of AXA Group (GIE AXA), based in La Défense, gathers the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates the various entities according to the Group's strategy and is responsible for managing international projects. The headquarters is composed with over 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities).
**The Department**:
Within the Brand, Communication & Sustainability department, the Group Sustainability Team supports AXA’s long-term strategy by leveraging the Group’s expertise and network.
Key objectives for the team include:
- Contributing to AXA’s overall responsible investment and insurance strategies on critical issues such as climate change and the loss of biodiversity, and promoting inclusive protection through offers with a social benefit and/or prevention services
- Reinforcing AXA’s understanding of key environmental, social, and ethical trends in society, helping to envision the role of insurance in society in the future.
- Supporting AXA’s status as a trustworthy brand and responsible corporate citizen through leadership on a full range of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, embedding ESG into core business processes
- Engaging and collaborating with external stakeholders from civil society on issues of strategic importance to AXA’s business (such as NGOs, international institutions and national authorities).
**Role and Responsibilities**:
Within this department, you will support the Group Sustainability Team in the following areas:
Group Sustainability projects development:
- Contribute to building projects through research, advice and analysis on various sustainability topics;
- Work in project mode to define objectives, timeline, roles & responsibilities, deliverables and put in place regular project monitoring;
- Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the business to embed sustainability in core business projects;
Key missions will include:
- Supporting the Head of Climate and Biodiversity on day-to-day matters relating to the Group’s Climate Strategy and biodiversity commitments
- Project management for key strategic projects relating to climate change
- Liaison with internal stakeholders on regulatory and strategic developments relating to climate change and biodiversity
- Research on climate and biodiversity-related matters for investment and insurance activities (Net Zero strategies, transition plans, climate and biodiversity metrics and target setting; TCFD and TNFD related matters)
- Ad-hoc benchmarking and analysis, and preparation of internal memos and presentations for senior management
- Liaison with external stakeholders and providing organisational support for participation in external events (COP 27, COP15 )

**Profile Requirements**:
You should display a good knowledge of project management, communication and a keen interest in Sustainable Development and its relevance in a corporate environment. You should also possess the following skills and competencies:
- An interest in or prior experience working on climate risk and opportunity in financial services
- Exceptional critical analysis skills; at ease with both written information and data and able to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
- Strong IT skills: Power Point and Word and Excel
- At ease in a multi-cultural working environment
- Strong team player, including capacity to work in transversal teams with other departments and external stakeholders
- Autonomy, ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver
