**_ Roles and responsabilities_**_ :_**

As a Business Line Manager, you are one of the key players in France. Your mission is to optimize the growth and profitability of the Division through effective management of available resources. In collaboration with the management team:
**You will**:

- Implement and maintain the business strategy of the company
- Reach the full potential in the region. Develop activities to increase our presence and hit rate.
- Further develop and nurture a competent and focused organization
- Ensure activity reporting
- Analyze business performance
- Develop, lead and keep the motivation of our sales team
- Investigate and solve complex customers’ issues
- Maintain a good interaction with other BLMs to offer best service to the customer and create synergies
- Maintain a good interaction with the management team members to share best practices

**_Experience_**_ :_**
You are degreed from a Business School or you have an university degree in technical and/or management/sales school (MBA is a plus).
You have at least 5 years of experience in team management and have a solid knowledge in dealer management / rental companies in industry/construction areas.
You have an appetite for technical products.

**_Required Skills_**_ :_**
You are an expert in Excel and you are comfortable with IT and digital tools in general. Knowledge of a CRM is necessary.
In addition, you have strong interpersonal skills as well as good listening and analysis. You are dynamic, autonomous, proactive and enjoy teamwork.
