**Position Overview**:
FlexAI is on the lookout for an accomplished and driven **Senior Model/ML Engineer **with deep expertise in developing and fine-tuning cutting-edge Machine Learning models. As a key member of our **FlexAI Cloud Service Labs (FCS Labs)**, you will play a pivotal role in creating and refining the models that power FlexAI's innovative AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the industry.

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Design and Develop Custom Machine Learning Models**: Lead the end-to-end development of sophisticated ML models tailored to FlexAI's unique needs, focusing on performance, scalability, and robustness.
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI models seamlessly into FlexAI's cloud platform.
- ** Drive Technical Excellence**: Ensure the highest standards of model accuracy, efficiency, and deployment by implementing state-of-the-art techniques in model training, fine-tuning, and optimization.
- ** Contribute to AI Research**: Stay at the cutting edge of AI research by exploring new methodologies and technologies. Translate the latest advancements in AI research into practical, high-performing models that solve real-world challenges.
- ** Mentor and Lead**: Guide junior engineers and collaborate with peers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the FCS Labs.

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Advanced Expertise in Machine Learning: Extensive experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models, with a strong focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Technical Mastery: Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and experienced with PyTorch and other ML frameworks. Deep understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in optimizing model performance and scaling solutions.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven experience in leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Ongoing professional development in AI/ML domains is expected.
