**Responsibilities**
As part of the OPI (Operations Improvement) team, a cross-functional team whose objective is the improvement of the production line, you will be responsible for providing process engineers with the data necessary to control their manufacturing processes and equipment (product measurements, witness measurements). You have a key role in the quality control of manufactured products by being the guarantor of the statistical process control (SPC)
**Your Missions**
- Provide process engineers with the data required to control their equipment and processes
- Ensure that the data feedback is functional and reliable
- In the event of a problem, intervene quickly to restore control
- Process requests for creation or modification of control charts or algorithms by priority
- Train engineers and technicians in the use of data processing software and the configuration of control charts
**Work on continuous improvement**
- To be a driving force in the dissemination of good practices between sectors
- Analysing the needs of process engineers and proposing tools adapted to a better exploitation of data
- To initiate continuous improvement actions aimed at improving control relevance indicators (presence of SPC rules, positioning of limits, reduction of the rate of out-of-control points, etc.)
- Benchmark our methodologies by regularly exchanging with other sites in the group
**Job Requirements**
**Your profile**
- Recognised for your rigour, organisational skills and communication skills, you have a good methodological and documentary approach.
- Your taste for teamwork and your sense of priorities and commitment to the client will enable you to fully develop this new role.
- Experience in statistical process control (SPC), programming and data analysis (VBA, R, etc.) will be a plus.
- You have a computer science degree (bac+4 / bac+5)
